PVP Reaper Custom Talent Tree

Ok so here's a Hybrid PvP Build from a friend GingerBiskit :




The "Full Brawl" Talent with "even" gear seems to come up short in stuns in comparison to the "Wind" Talent build which lets me kinda whoop em quickly via my stun locking ability even with their massive hits...  
The "Full Shadow" Talent with "even" gear is like hitting a brick wall, though they do less damage they can take an ass whoopin' long enough to win the duel...  
With that said...
I.M.O. Ginger has 1 of the Strongest PvP Builds I've came across in a Duel..
She has Amazing Defence, and Massive Damage    Which makes for a VERY Powerful Blood Raider in comparison to the full "Brawl" and full "Shadow" Talent builds that I  have dueled...

I do NOT know her Gem build so u'd have to check her gear in game to find out what that may be.
