Ice Mage Pvp Build

Ok... lately a few of you guys have asked how to build an ice mage for pvp/ higher dps. well here is my quick guide broken down by lvl for talent tree.... this build focuses on maxing out damage and also maxing out how long you can stay alive in a fight without retreat.... here goes.

lvl 20-24 precision of water 5/5
lvl 25 chilling ice 1/4
lvl 26-28 sinister stream 3/3
lvl 29-30 ice inspiration 2/2
lvl 31 ice spike 1/4
lvl 32-35 ice crystal 5/5
lvl 36-38 drake skin 3/3
lvl 39-44 advanced ice spike 5/5
lvl 45 ice spike 2/4
lvl 46-50 harsh freeze 5/5
lvl 51-56 ice concentration 5/5
lvl 57-59 piercing cold 3/3
lvl 60 ice spike 3/4
lvl 61-62 water meditation.... you must max this skill....
lvl 63-64 extended harsh freeze 2/2
lvl65-67 water mastery 3/3
lvl 68-70 blizzard 3/3
lvl 71-72 ice storm spirit 2/2
lvl 73-74 frozen prison 2/2
lvl 75 ice spike 4/4
lvl 76 dispelling water 1/2
lvl 77 ice edge 1/1
lvl 78=79 ice shield 2/2
lvl 80 frozen shield 1/3

if you don't want ice edge i would max frozen shield to 3/3

runes.... this is the issue...

you are looking for blue for your tree. i personally am using some chilling ice runes to decrease resistance. you also need to find things like advanced ice spike, ice inspiration, magic fountain, soul contract and anything you think you might need if you can find swift transform or anything to make transform more annoying to other players its a bonus....any better ideas please post... i can only talk from my build and experiences in the arena....
